1. 'Pay as you go classes'

By purchasing any Fitquest Health and Fitness Ltd session, you are confirming that you are physically able to partake in the physical activities associated with Fitquest Health and Fitness Ltd and that you are over the age of 16 yrs.

A Medical Par-Q form should be completed every year and if your health changes within that period, it is the client's responsibility to let Fitquest Health and Fitness Ltd know.

We are very proud of what we do and promote our sessions on social media. If you choose to attend a Fitquest Health and Fitness Ltd session it is possible that you may appear in some of our marketing.

If you're booked on to Bootcamp at the field and can't attend please let us know or cancel your booking. This helps us with class planning.

When purchasing a monthly pass for Fitquest classes you are expected to book on to each class you attend.

If you're booked on to Bootcamp at the field and can't attend please let us know or cancel your booking. This helps us with class planning.

Cancellation - you can cancel your plan at any time in your member's area - your plan will run until the end of the billing area you have paid for.

The initial 'contract' is for 3 months. If you are have opted for the monthly payments (£140) these will come out automatically every month. The contract will automatically expire at the end of the 3 months.
If you decide to sign up again after the initial 3 month contract this can be cancelled with a months notice. It is your responsibility to cancel your plan.
No refunds will be provided.
Weight loss/nutrition weekly check-ins - It is your responsibility to check in each week during your allocated time period using the relevant forms. Failure to do so will result in you missing your weekly feedback from Fitquest Health and Fitness Ltd.
